Hi friend!

Thank you for taking a bit of your day to learn more about me and how I can help you.

I am a native of Tempe, Arizona. I graduated from ASU with a Bachelors of Science in Family Studies/Child Development. From then I worked for a company called CASA where I taught classes all over the valley to elementary students as a sexual abuse prevention specialist and a bully prevention specialist. I later worked for Clarendon Elementary in downtown Phoenix as an Emotionally Disabled Teacher for 4th, 5th and 6th graders. I have alway had a passion to help individuals find their way in this great big world. But my greatest dream was becoming a mom.

In the spring of 2002 I had my first baby and was lucky enough to come home and be a full-time mom. Nothing is better to me than having quality time with my family. I later had two more children and started my first business in 2004 called Holistic Waters where I created a company to help clients detox with colon hydrotherapy, infrared sauna and nutritional coaching.

In 2019 I had an incredible opportunity to work in an alternative cancer center where I was a full-time Mind-Body Expert offering patients talk therapy and hypnotherapy. This was probably one of the most fulfilling careers. I was able to hold space for stage 4 cancer patients so they could dive deeper into their past trauma to reveal and heal what created the disease in their bodies and I offered counseling to help them find peace with their past to create a beautiful life for their future.

When Covid hit, I was let go and faced with a decision to stay in corporate or go back into business for myself. And as I thought long and hard about what my life’s mission was and how to create it, I knew I wanted two things; 1) to be available to my family at home and 2) to help patients like you to find your passion and your vitality for life again. So within 2 months, I opened Words2Wellness, and was off and running again.

As I saw patients and talked with many of you directly, I knew there was a huge gap in patients who could afford my services and those who could not. This broke my heart. So as I continue to see patients in my office, I am currently working on a program to provide mental health support for any financial situation. My mission is to create an opportunity for everyone to have access to mental health support, no matter what.

Mental Health support shouldn’t be for those who can afford it. It should be for every single human being. And that is my goal.

Thank you for taking the time to read and learn more about me, I would love to learn more about you! Join my network of friends on Instagram @Words2Wellness and introduce yourself! I can’t wait to hear from you!

Much Love,

Cori
